Theatre is life: what role do you play? An aggressor? Saviour? Victim?

by | Önismeret, Spirituality

There are more and more helping professionals in the world. Why are their numbers growing? Certainly there are several approaches, but at the moment you know one view.
The present time is full of challenges, fears and unexpected situations, which often have a negative impact on people. The human mind - the brain - tries to adapt. The body also puts on a protective net, or physical changes may occur - for example, neurological changes, allergies, sensitivities, depression, burn-out syndromes.

Who is affected?

Almost everyone at global level.

Why?

Because all the energy in the living world: water, wind, sun, are all our natural energies. Our relationships can energise us and take energy away from us, depending on whether they inspire us or depress us, upset us, make us sad, or trigger a negative reaction of any kind.
When we turn joyfully towards life, towards the future, we are in balance, our mirror is beautiful, smooth, straight; what we see in it shines brightly, clearly.
Contrast when something fills you with sadness or, to put it bluntly, anger, the balance is upset. This is what I call a curved mirror.
If something or someone makes you feel annoyed, it is a suppression of the deep subconscious emotions within you. Unfortunately, this is not visible to the naked eye, we just feel that our life is not round, not whole, we feel a sense of lack, we want something: money, love, health, understanding, a (new) job, a new business, a rest, a trip to some distant place, listening to some noise like music, TV, etc...

In such a situation, the mind plays, takes on roles, depending on who it meets, what situation it is in, what its circumstances are, with whom, what it can allow, who is interested in what.

And you almost don't notice which role you are playing. When you are said to be two-faced, or a great actor, you play these roles alternately.

What does a classic role play look like?

I'll give you a family example, because it's actually a family pattern system that goes from generation to generation.

Father, husband a smiling young man; mother, wife also a smiling young woman. They are blessed with one child. The child once said to the father, "You are so two-faced. It was at this point that mother, wife wakes up from her sleeping beauty dream. She probably already knew subconsciously that something was wrong, but from then on she watched herself, her husband, her child, as an outsider.

Internal frustration is usually experienced by the man as an aggressor in the family, but this role often turns into a victim role.
As he turns outward, outside his immediate family, he becomes a saviour, that is, helpful, supportive, understanding, empathetic. You can almost chop wood on his back, he is so patient.
Internally, he is often annoyed at being made to look stupid, at being treated badly by the world, so he needs to vent his anger. This often happens with his family, he becomes aggressive, exuding manipulative energy.
In other words, at home, he is always telling, controlling, punishing, dictating, bossing, and playing the victim of how badly life is treating him - which is why he needs a saviour, who will be the mother or the child.

What about the mother, the wife, what role does she play?

There are several possibilities, subconsciously, for Him to play several roles. Since logically she is not getting the love she wants from her husband, she is in a circle of narcissism, trying to get love from the child or the outside world. She may often help people, seeking recognition and praise in return, which she did not receive from her husband, or probably from her mother and father, when she was a child.

The child feels this and then resorts to some substitute action. For example, they may hang out on digital devices a lot; they may chat, go on a shopping spree; or they may turn inward, afraid of the outside world because they think the world is two-faced. This can be compounded by the world we live in now. The situation can be aggravated by politics, which on the one hand manipulates people by showing how good they are, helping and supporting them in difficult situations, such as a world crisis or a world epidemic; on the other hand, it rules, becoming aggressive while playing the role of the ostensible saviour. This can manifest itself in the workplace, in education, in the state apparatus.

What is the solution?

We need to work on this at several levels.
From first level within the family it is suggested to look for what we have brought from mother and father, and then, recognizing these, to get rid of the negative pattern of behaviour, to cut off the negative attachment, the negative energy. A cleansing cure can be an additional healing aid, which works gently and naturally. For example, a diet with less meat, more vegetables and fruit.
At the second level globally I have to recognize when I am in contact with mother, father, whoever, which energy it is: aggressor, victim, manipulator and avoid it.

The biggest challenge here is that most of the time the individual doesn't realize that they are playing multiple roles in their life, so they don't understand why it is that they always run into people who take advantage of them.

What can be done to cure it?

  • meditation
  • ima
  • Thanksgiving
  • call for entries
  • kinesiology
  • family transport
  • flower essences
  • Schüssler salts

How do you catch yourself playing roles?

If you don't realise from your behaviour and relationships that you are playing a role, you may even find out from your habits, for example if you have habits that you are holding on to and can't or have difficulty getting out of.
Sometimes there is some kind of addiction that develops, such as alcohol, binge eating, shopping, work addiction etc...

Another indication is if you have allergic symptoms: eczema, hay fever, food intolerance, neurological disorders, insomnia or, conversely, drowsiness, obesity or, conversely, weight loss, and you eat. Gaining weight is mainly in the upper body, with fat deposits appearing on the belly and hips.

I wish you a good day,
