Career guidance from adolescence onwards
Self-awareness is important even as a teenager

I am preparing the career guidancera.
As parents, we know that choosing a career and further education in primary and secondary school is an important milestone in our children's lives, but we often lack the tools and knowledge to help them in this situation. make the best decision: what's best for your child.
I help to steer the teenager in the direction that is right for them, where they can succeed, where they can fulfil themselves and be themselves.
Career guidance - why from me?
My parents wanted me to become a teacher, and as I had no better "idea", I went to study there. Then, for years, I looked for my real job in various additional courses and jobs. In the meantime, I realised that my teacher training was not in vain, but it took me a lot of detours to get to the work I love to do. It could have been shorter, with less doubt.
I currently have teenage children, and I have been "testing" the effectiveness of self-awareness training on them for almost 3 years. The "particularly nervous" and "too relaxed, unmotivated" children are now in harmony with themselves.
My mission is to become more self-satisfied teenagers. Self-awareness helps. And that's the basis for good career guidance.
As an HR team leader, I know that everyone is talented at something from the moment they are born.
I also know that current employers are dissatisfied with the new generation. I believe that if we address children's talents in time, give them direction, open up opportunities, the result will be a conscious, purposeful and happy adulthood.
How can I help with career guidance?
20+ years of practical and theoretical experience to help you recognise the values and abilities of the adolescent child, so that there are several GOOD directions to take when choosing a career.
The adolescent on the road to self-awareness learn to look beyond the education system, empowered to make independent decisions, which can lead to a more fulfilling parent-child relationship.
Some inspiration from teens
In lower school he hated learning, especially reading. In 5th grade, she loves going to the library, reading in Hungarian and English, and has discovered that she loves drawing and making presentations. One of her learning methods is to organise the material she is learning into ppt because she is interested in graphic, creative, thought-provoking exercises.
My other favourite is when in primary school, a misunderstood, lonely little girl was not properly appreciated or encouraged by her teachers, so she hid behind books and wrote her thoughts, later essays, and then the parent called the Hungarian teacher to read her essay book. ... that's when the ice broke. It was then that some teachers realised that there was talent behind the modesty. What could it be? A writer, blogger, copywriter, online marketer, etc...

From the students of the Széchenyi István High School in Újbuda
"We received more than 200 responses to your presentation. The overall experience was.
"I really liked the idea of having a motivational lecture that pointed out that everyone has a lot of intrinsic value. A lot of people wrote that they were struck by the idea of appreciating the small successes they had already achieved, and many wrote that it made them reflect on what they had achieved so far. Many were reassured that it is not unnatural not to know what you want to be, but that you should have goals. The students really liked the personal or family examples he gave to support what he said. Many were captivated by the self-awareness part, many by the game to find out about their emotional state - several said it was "cute and fun". The style of the performance was said to be enjoyable, inspiring and pleasant. The presenter was "cool" and the students were helped in what direction to go next. Overall, the presentation was considered very interesting and motivating.
Why start career guidance at an early age?
Young people today, in my opinion, have a harder time, precisely because they are exposed to too much information, gadgets and trends.
All this at a time of adolescence, when they would seek security, not constant change.
As an educator, I know that at this age, not only is there a physical change, but their emotional intelligence is also malleable.
They now have the same burden on their shoulders as we adults do: starting with the 7-8 hour "job" at school, keeping the old rules when the outside world has long since passed them by and the ancient way is almost considered a taboo.
Furthermore, the competitive spirit in the world has become overwhelming, so they go to training after hours, wittingly or unwittingly, and often the preparation for homework, submissions, presentations, etc., is extended into the evening.
Is this the pace at which we want to expect the child to find harmony, to orientate himself, to find the right direction?! On top of all this, they are faced with a jungle of cut-off points and admissions. Not to mention the often harassing online and offline messages from peers and adults.
We can see that the situation of teenagers and young adults is far from easy, and perhaps even more difficult than that of any previous generation.
