TiniTrenD
TiniTrenD for happy teenagers
"Why do you always have to do what the adults tell you?"
"How can I do what I love?"
We often hear this from our teenagers, who live in a constantly changing, unpredictable world. As an educator, I also know the revolutionary biological and social changes they are going through. As a health builder, I help overwhelmed children improve their well-being, mood and motivation.
TiniTrenD is a developmental training course that is based on the school's lexical curriculum, but is not. The training complements and supports the child's daily life in the chaos of the present and helps them to stay focused.
We do exercises and practices together.
Our present determines our future.
Our teenagers are the leaders of the future.

TiniTrenD for happy teenagers
"What should I do, I don't feel like going to school?"
"What are they telling me to do?"
Considering the specificities of adolescence, this is the period when children need support the most.
Today's teenagers live out their social needs in a digital world, and excessive isolation from personal relationships can lead not only to dependency, but also to lack of interest, lack of motivation, lack of concentration, hormonal disorders , skin and hair problems. The hardest thing is to get them to see that they can be happier children by building mental and physical health.
It's a scientifically proven fact that lifestyle, digital life, has a detrimental effect on performance and mood.
"TiniTrenD" is not only a training programme, but also promotes the mental and physical health of teenagers with a holistic approach.
It's unbelievable how many teenagers have bone, dental, hormonal, vision, weight problems. Excessive exercise puts the same strain on the body as sleeplessness or excessive use of smart devices.
With a health check find out in a short time (10 minutes) which vitamin, mineral or supplement your child needs.

Who is the TiniTrenD programme for?
For teenagers: those who want to be someone, know what they are talented at, or who have no idea what they want to become, often don't even know what they are good at.
...teenagers who want to be somebody -
mostly themselves...
Things are not going the way you want them to.
You have fears before and during lessons.
You feel alone, lonely. As if you are not understood.
No recognition or praise.
You find it difficult to express yourself verbally.
It's hard to stand up for yourself.
You want more friends, to be cooler.
Because you want to be cool, you've already learned how to impress your peers by just showing off.
Even though you're on your phone all day, your social relationships aren't improving.
You don't have the strength or the guts to stand up to the louder voices.
You think the whole world is against you.
You're tired of learning.
You long for a little understanding and love, but you don't get enough.
I am interested in art: music, dance, drawing...
Many times you can't express your feelings, you can't find the words or you are afraid to express them without getting hurt.

Why do I need TiniTrenD training?
It is impossible to expect a school to teach a class of 30+ students techniques for concentration, motivation to learn, health promotion, conflict mitigation, i.e. prepare for real life the children.
Because TiniTrenD is based on educational material, it is taught by age group, so that, for example, biological and physical laws are real-life and integrated into theoretical knowledge.
What does the TiniTrenD training provide?
the child comes with a problem in a particular situation
leave the teen with solutions

A big decision for the teenager and parents alike.

And then where is the self-awareness, the desire to be really good at something that is close to my heart - my soul...
