How to fill a gap in the labour market?
Have you ever found a position?
A logical change of perspective for multilateral thinkers.
This educational article is a useful guide for those who have experience in several fields, have worked in many different positions, and for employers who have not yet found the right people, are having difficulties and want to grow faster in this life.
Love is the key to progress in short: attention, intention, determination, action.
However, the approach and thinking described in the case studies is not for those who want to get from A to B, thinking in a linear way. Nor will it be possible for companies to apply the simple, human approach where decision-making is not local and far from forward-looking.

Foreword, true story
Flavoured with a case study at Hungarian and international level
At the age of twenty Middle EastI was studying and working. The smell of the olive trees, the 3 main religions was exciting for a young person... it was like walking into the Arabian Nights...
The attitude at the time was that experience, creativity, personality were more important than qualifications...
I spoke several languages at the time, so it made no difference whether I was working in the Palestinian or Israeli part of the country. Talking to the head of a travel agency that organised pilgrimages, he wanted to know what I could offer the company, what I did for a living. By the end of our conversation, I had been offered the position of Operations Manager of the Italian division as a foreigner. The challenge was great, first of all, because it was necessary to develop a communication relationship with the locals so that we could work together harmoniously.
The other example was when a 5 star hotel was looking for a receptionist, but I wanted something different, I was bored of the receptionist job... Here I started talking to the owner, we agreed to talk after 1 week of reception, because that's where I learn the structure of the hotel, the clientele...
And so it was... I told him what I wanted to do, what I thought I would be good at, I gave him some ideas already then, because he outlined the crisis situation in a transparent way, so it was easy for me to react according to my knowledge and experience...
We created the position of supervisor, focusing mainly on their "Oliva Bar and Restaurant". My tasks covered my experience in communication, organisation, tourism, and I also discovered new skills: trainer, event organiser, sales... these were added to my job. I really enjoyed a colourful and varied job, the biggest challenge here was the age gap: I was a waiter manager from 18 to 60 years old with 26 years of my own...
After 2002, Hungary...
After arriving home, I soon found out that tourism in this country is inflexible, so I could find the diversity I was looking for in Hr... well, but there too, HR people were looking for experience, until one day I got an opportunity from a good name headhunting company that was open... I worked as a headhunter until the company closed... A-Z.
Later I met with the head of an Italian company, and from that meeting we created a position as HR&Business Developer, where the headhunting part was also a job, but my activities were expanded.
Everyone was well off economically and organisationally, and was also satisfied spiritually...

It's a riddle:
What do you think your role is today in the company you represent, position could I fill in?
In summary the key to our success lies within ourselves, if we break down our own barriers we can see the possibilities more clearly. If you need a meeting or consultation, please contact me at szikra@titanillaeideh.com-or call +36303547018.
This requires self-awareness. Only if you know yourself deeply can you have super people skills. An integral approach to coaching, healthy nutrition including natural vitamin and mineral supplementation at micro-macro level, and lifestyle is essential for clear vision. https://titanillaeideh.com/schussler-so-az-elet-soi/
TEXT interestingly - true story
I have been saying for 10+ years, and I have said in many meetings, that if we don't start now to educate the young generation for the workforce of the future, a sad fate awaits some companies...
The thinking, attitudes and abilities of my children's peers have highlighted this...
Very few people understood, and today many people complain about the workforce...
The fault is still in the perception system, in the superficial, linear thinking... we cannot blame a generation we have brought up...
I wish you a good day,
Titanilla
