People skills: a way out instead of a crisis

by | HR, Careers, Önismeret, Organisational development

As a prelude, I would like to present some of my favourite quotes in the category of self-knowledge, knowledge of man.

Dr David R. Hawkins in his Theory of the Discovery of Truth and Levels of Consciousness, he put it this way about cognition:

Sometimes the simplest things are the hardest to explain. Being able to understand even one simple thing in depth can greatly increase our ability to understand the nature of the universe and of life itself.

And on self-awareness, he said:

Everything can be taken away from man, except one thing: the ultimate freedom of his humanity, the freedom to choose his attitude under any circumstances, the freedom to go his own way.

Géza Gárdonyi about people skills:

You can only know a man by his face, but his face is not him. He is behind the face. He is invisible.

People wash their faces and hands, but how many people wash their souls every day?

The author of The Little Prince - Antoine de Saint-Exupéry – also knew what was needed for individual happiness:

You can only see well with your heart. What is really important is invisible to the eye.

People skills with a needle

My own knowledge and experience - from my experiences, failures, successful realizations - in the field of self-knowledge, self-awareness, knowledge of people.

I often rebelled against the rules of my childhood, but I was not then at the level of consciousness and emotion to carry out my will in every case.

In my opinion - and based on my knowledge today - to learn observation, self-reflection, we need alertness, silence. I, for example, was forced into silence only by the crisis. Today I take every health, physical, or bodily symptom as a signal to stop, to listen inwardly. If I had known this technique earlier, at the beginning of my career, my career would certainly have been shortened - if I had relied on my rational mind.

But would I have collected so many experiences, so many adventures Experienceot? Could I make a help people in the depths? Does I can see through the stuckness in an organisation? Or could I have seen a teenager and his parents the root of the problem?

Certainly not, because I couldn't experience it on my own skin at the time.

All theoretical knowledge can only be conveyed authentically if the practice/experience, or is involved at some level.

How to get started with people skills?

As a first step, you need a helper, a companion. One's values and light are best discovered through guidance, a mirror, and a spiritual coach.

Coaching is not a solution, it is only an inspirational tool, and a temporary one at that.

Deep cognition is a constant development projected into all areas of life.

Why do we need people skills?

One of the goals of physics is to describe all interactions in a single common theory - my theory is that pure.
Deep understanding/recognition makes my relationships more qualitative. Today, I rarely meet people with whom I might have a conflict, or if I do, I resolve it easily and it doesn't stress me out.

My family and I are also a strong community overall, it's so good to come home: home is home.

In my work, I don't experience any difficulties when I meet opponents. Then I ask myself: what is this trying to teach me? I am empowered, the anger and resentment comes and goes, I no longer berate myself for weeks or months.

If a business partnership doesn't go the way I have planned in my head, I don't shout my own head off, I don't berate the other person, I try to avoid criticism because I know it teaches me something, or I have no business with that manager or that individual.

What are the main areas of life we are looking at?

  1. Me-and my roots, my culture
  2. Me and my relationships (family, couple, work, business relationships)
  3. Me-and my job, my career
  4. Me and my physical body, my fitness

I have often made the mistake myself of rushing ahead, the negative aspect of impatience flashing up and down.

At my career-changing age...

...I have personally been responsible for every single rejection of a job application, whether or not it was accepted. Over time I learned, and facts proved, that I didn't even have to go there to work. For example, when the company went bankrupt after six months, or when it turned out that my future manager left the company after a few months, and so on...

Individual and organisational development under the aegis of years of experience

There was a time when a company manager in 1000% was sure that he would have a new project in 3 months and asked me to help him in the interview with an hr eye. My intuition told me that there was no need for a new employee, but I tried in vain to convince the manager to wait, he stuck to his theory. What fate had in store!! I happened to meet the person who was going to authorise the project and he informed me that the legislation states that the minimum lead time for a project to be authorised is 6 months at best, provided that all the documents submitted meet the requirements.

My intention with these examples was to support my theory with practical experience. To draw attention to the fact that the self-awareness, through our knowledge of people, our deep psychological knowledge, alertness, attention, intuition help us to make the right decisions in business.

Knowledge of human nature brings light

Whether I'm looking at it from a company level or from an individual perspective, I usually use point 3, the start a career, by the way, they already feel the impact of Area 4, physical appearance, from time to time.
Because of our rational minds, this is perfectly legitimate, because how can we see the light in our chaos?

In such situations, individual cells, tissues, organs - ultimately our bodies - are unable to function as they would at rest and in harmony.

The One-brain method is based on testing the muscular response to a stimulus in the body, which is designed to coordinate the right and left hemispheres of the brain.

Anxiety, depression, moodiness, stress cause the two hemispheres of the brain to function inappropriately, so a correction is needed. The left hemisphere is based on logic, what I called rational mind in the previous: it analyses, thinks analytically, judges, controls, based on fears, while the right hemisphere sees the whole situation, the picture, can perceive without limit, is the engine of creativity, free from fears.

For example, I pinched a nerve, my legs went numb, I could hardly walk, I could hardly hold my body. Medication didn't bring any long lasting improvement, but I started to analyse my situation, what was annoying me, what I was thinking so much about, what I didn't want to do etc., self-reflection... - everyone is his own doctor first. Then I had my answer and slowly I started to heal. Intellectual, emotional freedom is a cure.

I encourage you, dear reader, to quiet your mind for a few minutes a day, there is no sure-fire recipe for anyone, but there is someone, or someone's, who can help you to unlock the value and light within you, to help you to unfold your individuality in your everyday life, at work and in your personal life.

I wish you a good day,
Titanilla
