Nightmare or reality? What is your scenario?
What is happening to you now?
Before I explain the title, I'll take you on a knowledge-sharing scouting trip. This will lay the groundwork for a deeper understanding of the article.
No two experiences of the present situation are the same. In a sudden-onset stressful situation, Wikipedia says that usually at least two of these are observed at the same time:
- Fear, terror
- Sadness, excitement
- Loss of appetite
- Inhibition of the immune system
- Increased metabolism and use of body fat stores
Perhaps some people feel that the whole epidemic and the situation outside is a nightmare and hope that it will end soon.
The Doctrine of Miracles, as interpreted in the book, says that the reason we don't know exactly who is playing what - if we ask ourselves how we feel - is because the same person will answer, ourselves.
The fundamental question you keep asking yourself may not really be directed at you at all. You keep asking what you are. This action indicates that you believe that you not only know the answer, but that you are the one who is meant to give it. But you can never perceive yourself correctly. There is no image that you can perceive. The "image" is always related to perception and is not part of knowledge. Images are symbolic and always represent something else. The idea of changing your image of yourself recognizes the power of perception, but it also indicates that there is nothing solid to know in this realm.
Sinking ship or sunken ship? Which support is best for you?
The question we ask ourselves, and the answer we give to it, is exactly why I encourage everyone to find a helper. Not just a friend to whom you just tell stories, because that is what we call in coacing - venting, and it doesn't solve problems. Of course, it is beneficial to have a listener.
Based on my studies in naturopathic medicine, the code of ethics supports my view that credibility requires is also about friendliness.
However, a helper must have the following personality and character traits:
- open and hopeful,
- accepting,
- an excellent student,
- who not only looks, but also sees, which means he is a special observer,
- patient sensor, able to look objectively
I emphasise that qualities are only compulsory necessities, but knowledge through experience, i.e. practical experience, is indispensable. Nowadays, a diploma is no longer enough, just look at Western medicine.
Are doctors' degrees and public scientific research enough to defeat all viruses? In the present situation, it does not seem so to me.
In summary, our perception of ourselves is subjective, which is why we need an objective observer.
Your script is HERO...
After a brief digression, let's return to the basic idea of how each of us is experiencing the situation that has been going on for months.
My list will probably not be complete, because as I said, different feelings and thoughts run through each individual, and people experience the present situation differently. Everybody has had, has had and will have their own story, their own life path, in relation to the future, and therefore different influences and feelings may be present in the present and in the past. Everyone is the HERO of their own scenario.
Let's look at some concrete situations.
- Someone who has been going to work in the same way from the start will probably feel different from someone who sits at home, isolated, with their child.
- He or she may, precisely because he or she calls it a sense of duty responsibility, feel more grounded, since he or she is relatively under the daily routine of operating in the reality of life.
- On the other hand, those who are stuck at home, living only on digital devices, can feel like they are in a dream world, can turn inward and this can have serious consequences ranging from anxiety to deep chronic depression, even suicide. According to WHO statistics, Hungary has for decades had a high suicide rate.
- Some people have lost their jobs and feel even more insecure in an already precarious situation.
- Take into account children who are basically open, community-minded children in educational institutions. Some of them may be happy about the situation because they feel freer, but what about those who used to think of themselves as opinion leaders and felt their lives were only complete if they shone in the limelight - whereas now their personalities are being pushed to do the opposite?
- If education is involved, then so are teachers, who not only have school duties, but who may also have children and are also involved in domestic work...
- What about those whose business or company has been hit by a sudden situation and they have not been able to climb out of the spiral of fear?
- Although I'm not a public health worker, their situation is different, because they may feel clueless, for example, because what they have learned was not enough for their practice.
- Last but not least, there are also people among us who have lived through a war or a revolution (not necessarily in Hungary, but abroad - Asia, Africa), and they may be tormented by nightmares and memories...
As you can see from the above, there are different life situations, different situations, and consequently the present situation, the REALITY, is played out differently in their hearts.

I invite you now for a little taste of the WORLD of feelings, and I will gladly share what I have learned and experienced with you.Let's study what might be at play in individuals, using the EMF, Dr. David Hawkins' mind map, and the One-brain method's behavioral barometer.
Background knowledge I can give
Non-violent communication (NPC) is a method developed by Marshall Rosenberg to enable people to communicate with each other with fewer misunderstandings and, where possible, to create a win-win relationship.
According to the scientific discovery of Dr. D. Hawkins, the mind map helps us to know ourselves. It guides us in understanding that our thoughts are merely a projection or mirror of our emotions, perceptions or attitudes, our worldviews.
"Each thought is stored in the mind's database according to the emotion or subtle nuances of emotion associated with it (Gray-LaViolette, 1982)." Consequently, there is a scientific basis for the observation that self-awareness develops much faster when emotions are observed rather than thoughts, because a single emotion can be associated with literally thousands of thoughts. Therefore, understanding and appropriately dealing with the underlying emotion is much more rewarding and less time-consuming than struggling with thoughts."
The concept of One-brain is the brainchild of Gordon Stokes, Daniel Whiteside and Candace Callaway. I consider this method to be excellent because it is based on the same knowledge I have learned about health. The functioning of nerve cells has a special role to play in our health.Furthermore, as Dr. Bruce Lipton has said, the proper functioning of the brain is essential to our well-being. The One-brain also believes that the combined, coordinated functioning of the two hemispheres of our brain is a prerequisite for being a healthy, happy, harmonious individual.
Under emotional stress, the brain is not able to use its full capacity, and the left brain goes into panic mode. When we are freed from emotional stress, we are able to function calmly and efficiently.

For Guides
Over the next few days, think about the phrases you have chosen above. What comes to mind? What other feelings does it bring up?
In summary, it is your story, your feelings, your thoughts that are important and the only ones that matter, to live a satisfying life and to move forward in your business and personal life.
If you feel a sense of responsibility for yourself, you will understand what I wrote about. Probably everyone will interpret the above differently: what is for him or her, or nothing at all.
I wish you a good day,
Titanilla
