Wake up! Pan is back in our daily lives

by | Önismeret, Spirituality

In cold blood, dear reader!

The reason I'm at the keyboard again is the well-known crown virus, the epidemic. Confused knowledge, heightened emotions, and repressed (death) fears are stirring. "The pot calling the kettle black", to put it in English.

To avoid any misunderstandings, here's a method to help you keep your cool and prevent a panic attack.
Businessmen smiled when I wrote in my HAVE article that the only benefit you get is when you start building knowledge today, because it is the least risky investment.

Please be awake, I want to help you in the process of discovery, not to refute the facts, it is important to minimize the news feeds about the crown virus.

What the people of the world need now is clear sight from blindness.

The current situation is complex, I don't want to draw far-reaching conclusions, just think logically.

A joke came to my mind, I'll try to give it back:

- A priest is sitting in his church and a fire breaks out.
People tell him to come out because the church is on fire.
- "God will protect you," said the priest, and stayed there.
- Father please leave the church, the fire is spreading! - he was now told by the police.
- "God will save me," said the priest.
- Father, it's time to leave the church! - the firemen asked after a while.
- "God will save me," the priest kept saying.
The priest died in the church. He ascended into heaven with God and said to God.
- Tell me, why didn't you help me, you promised to protect me?
- Did I not help you? - God asked. Then he continued:
- I sent the people, the police, the fire brigade but you were adamant, you went after your own head!

Signs we don't want to acknowledge

If I start from this line of thought, based on logic, we have been receiving signals for years, as epidemics are frequent, natural disasters are on the increase. Throughout history, in the past, there have been several epidemics. If we observe, then, when profit chasing lifestyles were switched by mankind: economic changes; or mankind turned away from the fundamental importance of human existence.
To be human in all circumstances - said János Arany in a poem.

The other day a teenager mused: "is there such a thing as altruistic friendship or is it just a relationship of interest?"

Let us go back to the current facts, and to Fear, in my previous writings I have already written about fear, but it never hurts to repeat.

I started from the premise that in the present situation, repressed feelings, anxieties, frustrations, fears, panic attacks are coming to the surface, and that is what is permeating our daily lives now - whether we talk about it or not.

What's your impression?

Some people panic at the word death, but others try to cope. We may also be afraid of fear.

To know what is going on inside us and in society, we need to clarify the concepts.

According to Wikipedia: panic is a desperate terror in which the need to escape overrides common sense. Panic often occurs in disaster situations. In such cases, norms of behaviour are not respected and individual behaviour often depends on the behaviour of others.

This is exactly what is happening now with the crown virus. Quarantine is being quarantined in some places, all the food is being bought up, and they don't even realise that they have generated double or triple the price by panicking people living in fear.

By the way, do you know where panic comes from?

By the way, Ruediger Dahlke also writes about this in his book "What are you afraid of?".

Pan, the name of the ancient Greek god of forests. The word panic probably comes from the name of the Greek mythological god Pan, who was said to be able to strike terror into the hearts of his protégés' enemies.

Had time passed Pan by, or had it not?

From time to time it just enters our lives, unexpectedly, almost from the shadows.

Perhaps you know the story of Peter Pan? He's one of those fairy-tale heroes who just walks on by, and then runs away when he's no longer needed. Peter is careless and reckless, and has no reputation for fear. When Peter thought he was going to die on the Rock of the Outcasts, he was frightened, but only once did his body tremble, whereas other people would have been frightened to death. Faced with death, all he said, almost laughing, was. He repeats the same line in Hook, and in the film's closing line he reverses it: "To live... It will be a tremendous adventure".

That's what I want to pass on, that we should be with our fears, but we should be guided by Him.

Don't let a Pan rule you. Act as if you were a doctor prescribing. Give fear, anxiety, tension a time. Let's say from 6:00 to 6:45 in the morning. Give it a limit, it's its time, it's the only time you can deal with it. Look at the fear, the worry, and as the next patient comes along, don't let it get the better of you. Impression is important, how you see it, how you feel. Be with the feeling, but only at the appointed time and no longer!! Make it wait, as doctors often do!

Let's move on to my questions and dilemmas

Who's got an eye for what? Who associates what with the crown virus and the current situation?

Now I have a story for that. Not long ago, a voice on the end of the phone said to me.

- I should go for a water cure, but this crown virus, I'm worried... How are you with your family?
- "From my point of view, I see a much bigger virus: the envy, the malice, the hatred that is in people," I said.
- You mean me? - asks the voice at the other end. I don't envy you your good husband, your wonderful children, nor do I envy you...
- "Everyone can wear what they want," I said.

And yes, everything that he envied me, he put into words.

And here are the statistics: leading causes of death!

Let's get a grip on ourselves, if we can still think rationally. After all, quarantines were set up during the plague, but they did not stop it spreading.

It is also worth listening to positive news about the coronavirus, not just letting in "disaster reports".
An from news published in early March I would highlight some encouraging things:

  • the virus has been identified
  • In 81% cases, the cases are not serious,
  • your sons are barely infected
  • many people recover
  • easily neutralised - frequent hand washing, using disinfectants

Or here's a situation report - if you're talking about death - from Published by WHO, which describes the leading causes of death. What are the common people not talking about? Wake up!

"According to the WHO, more than a quarter of the 56.4 million deaths worldwide in 2015 were caused by heart disease and stroke. They are the biggest killers in the world over the past 15 years. But as the population ages, new diseases are emerging around the world that contribute significantly to the death toll. Examples include diabetes and dementia. The number of deaths from dementia is also rising fast, says an online medical magazine, HousePath.

Dr. David Hawkins' mind map also shows very clearly that feelings such as despair, grief, anxiety, longing, hatred, contempt are low level of consciousness and are likely to be the ones affected by any disease.

What suffering are we talking about, and what are we not talking about?

The people of the world need vision out of blindness.

I would like to draw attention to the positive impulses and to what we have learned in economics.

According to liquidity theory (see wikipedia): many people were in favour of natural renewal during the Great Depression, thinking that the crisis was punishment for past excessive speculation, so that intervention was not necessary. Liquidate everything to create a healthy new economy. You can look at it that way, but you can also look at it from another perspective.
The main thing for me is that as many people as possible turn towards the light, find the light, the shine of themselves. If they find it, they will see others brighter. The more acceptance, love, compassion, positive personal transformation happens, the brighter we see the world around us.

A simple example: a friend recently died, which is painful, because it is a loss and a passing. We have lived, experienced the grief. But I have also found real value in the sadness.

Some people needed such an "event" to make sense of their lives. Some of us realised how important family is. Some have stopped crying for 20 years because they thought crying was weakness, but I see it as healing. And there were others who realised that anything could happen at any time, that our destiny is written.

Let's live our feelings

We can all be afraid of something, no doubt about it, and it is important to live it, to experience the feelings, not to run away from them.

Running away is exactly like burying your head in the sand. I don't want to see, I don't want to hear. Impressions are important. Certain things affect us deeply, almost to the heart, our muscles relax and we may even feel as if the ground is being pulled out from under our feet.
If you want to reduce the economic crisis and protect yourself, it is worth focusing our attention in a positive direction.

What does the crown virus teach us?

You can find this on the Linkedin-en too.

  1. Make them aware of the importance of the health system! The system needs to improve and focus on individual healthy lifestyles. Medical science is improving, but how long will we close our eyes to natural remedies? The present health system cannot cater for everyone, I think it is worth looking after ourselves: Bach flowers - against fears, Schüssler salts - immune boosters, - their physiological effects are proven in science.

  2. The right to paid sick leave: I often hear that people prefer to go in sick for financial reasons. It's worth paying extra attention to boosting the immune system, even with herbal teas, in the context of any illness. The remedy is in the grass and the trees, so the saying goes.

  3. More work can be done from home than we are used to doing, as we have been doing.
Homeoffice: I see on several forums that companies are able to reorganise in case of emergency and that teleworking is possible. Think about it, how many jobs are there that do not require personal presence? Forget paradigm blindness or paradigm fidelity.

  4. The world is economically dependent on the great powers, so the economic dependence of the Hungarians is predominant. Throughout history, we have always been predominantly dependent on someone. This makes the Hungarian people feel genetically less than other peoples. Let us have some kind of faith!
One thing is clear: nothing is permanent, as science is constantly making discoveries, and the spiritual journey never ends, even with death. Faith and science working together is good, it has nothing to do with religion.
And one more thing, let's not forget that crises have always been driven by vested interests, just think of what happened 10 years ago. The real estate market, tourism, is developing enormously, it is threatening industries, it is time to curb it.

  5. When it comes to education, it is also necessary to teach the underlying drivers behind things, linear information is not enough. They also create panic in the workplace by sticking up cleaning habits everywhere, but somewhere there is not enough soap or wipes. Instead, they could teach the power of love, the power of community, or healthy living.

It's a CRIME to frighten humanity, to panic!

5 proposals in summary

  1. Wake up, use your common sense if you still have some.
  2. Live your fears, but don't let them get the better of you.
  3. Think about why you were created, what are your values, what makes you different, what makes you stand out.
  4. Strive for a healthy lifestyle, recharge where there is acceptance and love.
  5. Wake up, you are part of society! You need common sense and combined positive forces, leave where your energy is being drained, look for the light - at the end of the tunnel - that is within you.

I wish you a good day,
