Personal development, or how to create?
Once you get a taste for it and see how much you have to learn, you don't want to stop developing your personality. He wants to know more and more about the driving forces, the world of thought, to understand the context of personality development more deeply. He also recognises that when he wants to know the whys behind what is happening in the present - be it health, financial or relationship problems - it is worth digging deeper.
What is the path to personal development? It is almost impossible to explain, because every individual has a different path to follow - just as no two apples are the same, and even twins are not the same, they can only be similar.
I myself would like to better understand people, their actions, to read between the unspoken lines... That's why I often select and vary different methods, theories and practical knowledge: coaching toolkit, positive psychology, naturopathy, schüssler therapy, kinesiology, systems adjustment, non-violent communication - I add some intuition and experience.
But let's look at this through a concrete example. I have a dream, I have a goal: I want to plant a tropical flower and I want it to grow well, to bloom beautifully.

I'm at a loss... Where do I turn? Where to start? And I'm worried. I have thoughts in my head that this is difficult and expensive. It was expensive to get such a special seed. Will I get what I want? I don't even know how to care for such a flower.
Then I pluck up my courage, ask a gardener to give me some guidance, because I'm confused, I've found so much on the internet, in books. I don't even know which is the right one.
The gardener is your teacher, who supports and helps you, in return for which you pay a fee for his expertise and years of experience. This is right, because it is his source of income.
A gardener is a careful person who looks carefully at the conditions the plant likes, what it needs, what makes it thrive and how it will flourish.
The first thing you'll notice is that the texture and quality of the soil is not what you're used to. In the first place, when planting the seeds, care must be taken to avoid useless debris near where they will take root, as long as they can.
What do you do at this time?
First you scrape the surface of the soil - which is quite soft - then you notice that it's getting harder, so you continue with a hoe. You find a few lima beans, but you can't go any further with the hoe, even though you still have to dig, because according to the specialist advice, you need a deep hole for the little flower to grow big. So you reach for a spade, a pick. As you scrabble among all the slime, you find a nice stone, so you put it aside for your own enjoyment (this is your value, your competence, which you have forgotten.) It is natural that you get tired during the development of your intelligence, so you stop to rest, to nourish yourself... But the little treasure has made you so curious, and you want to achieve your goals, that you keep digging, even deeper.
How much rubble and useless junk you find, and even roots of other plants and weeds. These are the things you throw away because you no longer need them, these are the bad habits, beliefs, unconscious toxic relationships that are detrimental to the goal, not supportive, pulling you back rather than moving you forward.
What are you doing to achieve this? You throw it away and you don't care anymore. You do the same thing with your li-lemons. Will you wonder where it will go if you throw it away? You keep thinking about all the treasures and what you will find.
Well, after a while you can say - sooner or later - that you think that's good enough for you, for the plant. This is the point where you reach your inner peace, your calm.
Now it's time to feed the plant, to fill in the soil properly. This is knowledge, inspiration in your life, something new, something different, but maybe just fresh.
first signs of personal development
1TP5New capability
1TP5New competence
You planted it, watered it and even gave it vitamins to help it grow. The hardest part is when you can't see the first sprouts, the shoots.
We are impatient, scared and worried if we have done everything right, because we know we are dealing with a delicate little plant. It won't tolerate other roots crawling around. These are the ones who are trying to pull you back, your detractors who want to impose their own negative beliefs on you.
The days go by, you look at it and it sprouts! How gratifying, you've worked so hard for it. You keep caring for it, nurturing it regularly. It's you. You don't stop learning, you read, you go out to build relationships that move you forward. You train your body, your soul, you care for it inside and out. Just like the plant. And see how grateful the plant is: as it continues to grow, new shoots sprout. These new shoots may come to you in the form of a new skill or competence acquired.

And the time of blooming will come - for you and for the plant.
You are so happy that you have achieved your initial goal, because you gave your time, money, energy, loving care. You deserve the pleasure.
You rest next to your flower, you protect it, you cover it when it's cooler, because you know you always need to take care of it.
Know that there will be shoots, parts that will die, fall off, but you don't worry about that.
There are parts of our lives that we have to let pass, that we have to let go, because they don't serve our purpose.
The gardener has also advised you to always feed it at the root, but as it grows, there may be wild shoots that need to be removed for a colourful flowering result.
personal development forever
1TP5Continuous care
1TP5Learning from prior learning
One day you notice something interesting, like a new small plant initiative. Well these will be the children of the plant, and you will have followers, disciples, partners, resources, money, etc...
You're so pleased that you've exceeded your initial goal - a special flower - that you're even more energised and you're taking care of them all. You have created new ones. Momentum is your inner motivating factor, your inspiration.
You've already seen what you can achieve by taking care on a regular, ongoing basis. It's just like when you do affirmations, meditation, or even prayer, because you're mantraising your thoughts.
Some people are happy with this bunch of flowers, and that's fine.
Van who would like to have more plants, out of curiosity or just because they have tasted this folymath and felt good about it.
Both are good, because regular care feeds development - that's what's important, the rest doesn't matter.
But he asks the other weeds and plants what they think about planting something else in the garden. You wouldn't?
He knows that he is not doing anything harmful to anyone or anything and that he is only doing good, because he is planting a useful plant that will create new babies. It can be a good example to other flowers and plants.
Have you noticed that in flower gardens, usually either everything blooms or nothing blooms? Not always at the same time, of course.
I wish you a good day,
Titanilla
