The relationship between the individual and the organism in the light of our DNA and our organism

by | Company, Önismeret, Organisational development

I invite you on an adventurous journey where I will show you the relationship between the individual and the organism in a biological context. Within my studies in naturopathic medicine, my knowledge of health has helped me to make deeper sense of the fruitful interaction between the individual and the organism.

The relationship between individual and organisation - from the ground up

What and how are you made up of?

The smallest unit in the human body is the cell, there are about 100 trillion cells in the human body. We have also learned that each cell is an entity in its own right, which means that practically translated into physical existence, each individual/human being has a unique identity with autonomy.

The 3 main components of human cells:

  • Membrane: which is our protective shell, protecting us from harmful factors - conflicts, manipulations, influences, pushback, negative attitudes.
  • Cytoplasm: a building block, the structure of the cell. In our case, what we give it is knowledge, nutrients, etc., which is the basic material of the cell, in which cellular organelles are found, and which ensures the cell's vital function. For the individual, this means exercise, a health maintenance programme, leaving harmful conditions and habits, i.e. "detoxification". It is the incorporation of useful substances, i.e. new habits and attitudes that work in practice. Moreover, the organs here are the energy-producing organs of the cell.
  • Cell nucleus: contains the DNA, the properties of our own inner self, the properties of the cell. In essence, DNA is the blueprint of a person's life. In effect, the nucleus provides the cell with information to function properly - we can determine how the cell functions through our DNA, through our learned, practised vision, through our awareness of our traits, our neglected competencies, our skills.

So what is needed physically to feel and function well enough?

  • Regularly work on developing our intellectual skills - learning, training.
  • Include rituals for emotional and spiritual development in your daily routine. For example consult an experienced "adviser", or hire a gardener, as you read in my previous post, so you have a supporter, a personal trainer on your way, or a GPS to make sure you get there safely and by the shortest route.
  • Nourish and keep your body healthy, strive to be closer to nature: good nutrition, exercise (even a walk in nature, gardening), enough vitamins and minerals

Deeper connections between the individual and the organisation

Let's assume that we are running our cells well enough because we are giving ourselves everything we need to develop our personality, knowledge, attitude/perspective/viewpoint.

the relationship between individuals and organisations 2

If our cells, such as our brain cells, are working well, we will have brilliant ideas, and our will and perseverance will change for the better.

Of course, there is always something that can throw us - our cells - off. For example, you're driving your car and suddenly someone jumps out of nowhere in front of you.

But what happens then on the biology side?

The cells form tissues, the state of the tissues (nerve, epithelium, smooth muscle) changes. Do you frown in such a situation? Or maybe you get chills, shivers... Well, our cells work reflexively. We don't consciously affect them, our tissues. Nerve tissue is the building block of the nervous system. It's understandable that you get angry or you go into shock. That's the stimulus, and the stimulus is the aggressive driver who threw a punch at you.

You handled it well, because everyone was saved. In the entrepreneurial world, for example, it looks like you manage your relationships well. You're surrounded by supportive people, you have peers, you have a pretty good family or couple relationship, or you find supporters in business - which helps you materially.

Regularity is the key to progress

If you continue to develop your business on a regular basis - "the fabric" of your business can then grow from supportive peers, colleagues, co-workers - to collaborative partners. Your tissues will form into organs - for example, you will have so many tasks and orders that you can no longer manage your company alone, nor do you want to, so you will "find" one or more "right hands".

You have already learned at a cellular level how to achieve success, results, abundance. You have no choice but to pass on what you have learned, what you have experienced, to your supportive leaders.

You already know that if they work well enough, you can continue to grow together - a real win-win situation. And the day will come when the organs will start to function well on their own, with minimal support. The path of your original desire, your purpose, becomes clearer every day, not only to you, but also to those around you who have a close business relationship with you (employees, potential customers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc...) - so the relationship between individual and organisation is filled with harmony.

Thanks to the results of progress

Because you have taught your students with such moderation, patience and perseverance, they are grateful to you, and they feel the gratitude at a cellular level, and how well you have guided them to knowledge.

In return, they become more motivated and therefore more productive, generate more profits and come up with new ideas. Slowly, your vision, your knowledge, is slowly being spread along the road, scattering your glitter and your magic. This is how organ systems evolve into a well-functioning organism.

I wish you a good day,
Titanilla
