Universal Wellness coach & Integral health promoter

by | Önismeret, Spirituality

I am a fellow traveller, a person with an integral approach, who has been through a lot of change himself, is capable of change, of letting in new things, of letting go of what no longer serves the great purpose. I present four situations in my writing below, please accept with love. If you approve, nod or disagree with what I have to say, it is worth publishing this article, because it has moved you. This article could be like a tiny flutter of a colourful butterfly wing before the big changes. Everything changes - everything adapts, adapts and reacts to changes in the world.

"There is only one moment in which it is important to wake up. That moment is now." - Buddha

Case 1 - Painful break-up in the evening

Supposing someone separates from a loved one, this can be terribly painful if you have become attached to them and did not do it out of good will.

That's when you can feel like the ground would have been pulled out from under his feet. Desperate to the extreme. He feels hopeless, because he is already in his old age, past 40...

You may also think that no longer have anything to live for. A world has collapsed inside him

I can not a magical shot to rebirth, but needs "therapy" with subtle methods. First, you need to stabilise your situation - the goal is to go from hopeless to hopeful. But this also requires that the person has have the perseverance to recover and give yourself time for your heartache.

rebirt mentor: getting over the break-up

How do I help in case of break-up, bereavement, loss?

Rwe will show you which the beauty of life, its own beauty and values. This is exactly like a mourning. A injured wounds need SOS care to avoid the risk of infection, (in common language, to avoid more serious pain)as medicine does.

For example, if someone has an accident and their skin is so badly scarred that they can't get the scars to go away, they may be advised to see a plastic surgeon. But first the wound is treated and healed. It is the same in the case of a divorce, loss, bereavement.

The integral approach, "therapy", involves harmonising the biological, chemical and physical balance.

A Universal Wellness Coach and Integral Consultant integrates and structures the different methodologies:

  • Integrative psychological methods
  • Heart Centred Communication-EMK
  • Natural remedies, well-being, mood-boosting diets and Accessories
  • Love language
  • The unity of different coaching methods
  • Contact dynamics methods - System setup
  • Action-oriented methods
  • Intuition-Reality-Biome Field
  • Imagination-Meditation-Introspection

Case 2 - Case of career, workplace problems

Suddenly a man over 50 is dismissed without any particular reason during his probationary period. The damned economic situation, the horror stories of the past year can also bring out the lack of motivation in people.

The worker may feel let down, abandoned, cheated... It's in our belief system, in the public consciousness, that the world is no longer for this generation, there are no opportunities. Wherever you look, that's what the media is really talking about. But what my Career Coach self says?

But is the media the reality, or the neighbour complaining about the same thing?

Well, the majority of my clients are between 40 and 55, so far everyone who has worked hard and come to me with patience and faith has found their place. favourite feedbackYou can read it here by clicking on the link and scrolling down.)

Mentoring in a career crisis

It's the same here, there's a pain, a disappointment that you have to get out of first. The most common problem is when people want to skip the steps, the levels of consciousness. Dr. David Hawkins: Force to Power (the title is in English, but not a lucky translation I think) points out the next level on the scale of scientific consciousness when one is in such a situation. Here again, the soul needs a cure first. The creation of the world or the big bang didn't happen in 1 day... And if you remember the Chernobyl disaster in the 1980s - that too, even after 50 years, according to present researchers, still has its effects.

I enjoy cases like this because you can recover spectacularly from them. There will be a big contrast between before and after, both for the person who is in it and for their environment..

Case 3 - The problems of entrepreneurship

The entrepreneur, whether he or she is now a tourism entrepreneur, as they are the ones most affected by the panademe. This is whymy example that happened I bring. In the 2000s, I lived in the Middle East, where what was essentially a military state was built, and soon - intifada - civil war began. I was working in tourism and the internal strife was already being felt in 1995 - there were about 80 bombings in one year. But that's not the point, the point is that almost all travel agencies have closed down, hotels are only marginally geared towards internal tourism. I was also the operations manager of a sacred roads design agency. The owners first tried to organise tourists from other countries. (Imagine how the people I left behind felt.)the echoing mood sucked in the owners of the company, they closed their doors, sent people away.

I did not give up, as I was still studying at university at the time. I can also say that I have not yet received a signal to leave the country.

A way out of the crisis, from an entrepreneur's perspective

I've been telling my contacts that I need a job. An for hotel reception I was not very keen on it - as I had no creative outlet. But the owner said, spend 1 week there, learn about it, get to know how the hotel works, the people. Ő changed profile, it was viable. It was converted into rooms for UN soldiers and rented out on a long-term basis. Then one day he called me to him and asked me what would you do if you knew this group was about to leave? I said, that's future music, the soldiers are still here now, aren't they? They could spend more with us, couldn't they? How?

Well, the restaurant, which has been just barely going, could be tuned up with programmes. For example, our weary soldiers want to recharge outside of eating. Let's organize evenings for them, even open our doors to those citizens, who are also bitter about the crisis. Thus was born the Greek evening, the cheese and wine tasting, the Latin evening, etc..
At that time I worked for more than 12 hours... I enjoyed it, and went from receptionist to restaurant supervisor, leading a team of 12. We brought the hotel to life, the news of which spread and people started coming to the restaurant during the day. We were the only ones alive and well in the area.

This is not to be copied now, this is just one example of how there is always another option. If the if one gate closes, open another.

Case 4 - The difficulties of being a child as seen through the eyes of a teenager

As both a parent and an educator, I have learned and experienced that every childhood period has its difficulties. Awhen I deal with children, the first thing that strikes me is that they are not laughing lightly, if they are laughing at all, they are feeling happy. This is a common phenomenon in recent years, unfortunately. I'll take the most recent example, the teenager, adolescent age, aged 12-17.

I introduce you to a teenager who is in a state of constant uncertainty. Day after day, she struggles with the fact that she and her schoolmates are victims of restrictions, rules and psychological terror. Behind the mask, she watches to see who sneezes and who is sick - because school makes children and teachers alike emotionally insecure with its panic. A frequent use of the word "beware" causes serious psychological damage. But what parents can do if they see that their child has no zest for life, or if he yells more than he should at home, or behaves in a different way than usual?

Mentoring may be needed as early as in your teens

First of all, I'm sure everyone has heard of Tamás Vekerdy. If you haven't, I'll tell you that, according to the child psychologist. there is a major biological revolution at this age, there can be emotional ups and downs, which is phase 2 of socialisation. I don't hold the philosopher's stone myself, but I do have an insight into this period from experience and my educational background. This is usually the age when you have to treat your child like a baby again. Give your child love and attention

I am reminded of a parable of Jesus: "Love one another. As I have loved you, so love one another..(John 13:34-35.)"

A adolescence is the "who am I" period. The physical and psychological changes, such as the explosion of libido, are now as great as in childhood. The continuity of childhood must be abandoned, and the relative must cobble together a new, adult continuity from the chaos of the. The identity of childhood must be woven into an adult identity. For example, when school requires a child to be more independent, they are given a project assignment, a career orientation. For the adolescent, it is also important how his peers see him, because that is how he sees himself, and that will be the basis of his self-love, his self-esteem in other words. A a sense of rejection can be forever destructive, so what we can do is to listen with every nerve and guide his life with understanding and love. And now, at this difficult and delicate time, comes the viral situation, which does not exactly support this inner revolution. The only gyógyír a parenting, social quality time. I won't explain how here, because each child is different. I have two children, and each one has a different solution, although they are similar inside and out, they are not the same.

"Mothers hold their children's hands only for a while, but their hearts forever."

I wish you a good day,
