How can you test that you are not trapped by a toxic person?

If your partner, your environment is supportive, respectful, appreciative, then just go with the flow of life.If everything is up to you, you have to do it all, struggle, and the aforementioned respect and love is not there, then it's time to rebuild your confidence and take action to resolve your situation.

Usually, most often, the people who are in a toxic situation, in a relationship, are the ones who have a hard time climbing out on their own..because just as they're climbing out, another one appears, and another challenge....

Let's look at the signs!

In short, instead of constructive communication, it always criticises, destroys and condemns.

 Behavioural signs:

  • You tell Him honestly what you want, and He does the opposite, deprives you of love
  • Never praise, never encourage, even when everyone around you congratulates you
  • Envious when things go well for you
  • If you help them, give them love, and something goes wrong in their life, they will blame you and make themselves look like a victim.
  • He often plays the offended person to make you feel guilty
  • Cold, measured, insensitive behavior to beg for acceptance
  • He never wants to let go of the power, the control, but he does it almost unnoticed, because he always pretends to be interested in your opinion, but in fact he is already several steps ahead of you, because he knows what he wants
  • He loves to see you suffer and then pretends that He is the solution to your problem, makes you feel that it is impossible to live without Him
  • Its aim is to create dependency, so it tries to suppress your value by any means to make your self-esteem disappear
  • The parenting strategy is that only the adult is right: the child is seen as an object, a toy, a possession
  • He always portrays his situation as how evil the world, the environment etc...

What is the solution if you are in a toxic situation?

If you want ventilation, go to a psychologist, if you want medicine, go to a psychiatrist, if you want a lasting solution, a partner who supports you, I recommend an integral, holistic approach consultant, because he has several methods and you can find many tools in 1 person to get through a difficult life situation...

A psychiatrist, or psychologist and the integral approach to helping is the same as the difference between allopathy and naturopathy. I know this because I studied psychology myself, but I have also been a "guest" of many psychologists.

Allopathy and natural medicine.....

Allopathy, or the medical therapy is there to relieve your symptoms, with good intentions, as he has experienced and learned. He usually suggests some kind of medication, a sedative, to treat your complaints and symptoms. The visit takes about 5-10 minutes.

A naturopath it takes longer than a visit, usually 1 to 1.5 hours, because he will do an assessment before he makes any recommendations. He looks for the causes, the underlying problem. She will get to the root of your complaint, you will heal together, she will teach you to rely on your own strength, because I myself have learned that everyone has the vitality to get back on their feet, we will help you to heal yourself with various stimulus therapies. Thus, the condition of the individual does not depend on a single substance, but more on the resources of his body and soul, while the allopathic healer "caresses...sprays" the leaves to make the plant more attractive...

What is the cause of the toxic, toxic psychological state?

In short: unresolved childhood trauma, narcissistic parents, power-seeking, toxic environment

What can you do, how can it be solved?

  1. First of all, you look for a holistic counsellor who will integrate his therapies for you, so that he helps you not only psychologically, but also mentally and spiritually.
  2. If you can, you will get out of this vortex, because it poisons your whole life
  3. If you can't do it at the moment, then work on setting your boundaries and stay out of the game, don't be anybody's plaything

Let's talk, get in touch if you feel a call about the above and would like a helper!

I wish you a good day,
Titanilla
