Burnout syndrome - test yourself!

In the following article burnout syndromeas I have been seeing more and more adults and children with the following complaints and problems:

  • headache
  • heart problems
  • pressure around the navel, digestive problems
  • mental, physical weakness
  • lack of concentration
  • memory impairment
  • Tension
  • strained relationships, perhaps fighting, shouting, divorce
  • discouragement, melancholy, sadness
  • you feel like you're having a nightmare and you're not on planet Earth
  • loss of motivation
  • finding more and more problems and not being in control of the situation
  • it will pass with time etc...

Why do I mean burnout syndrome?

My studies in health, naturopathy and biochemistry combine with my studies in coaching and psychology. Some of the problems listed above are due to symptoms of burnout syndrome.    Burnout syndrome in digital education

But I'm not the only one who sees it that way. According to HVG "Burnout puts digital education students at risk. More and more people are complaining about the poor living environment, while schools are not doing all they can to improve the situation."

According to a British study also affects adults a a Covid19. A COVID-19 pandemic also has a significant impact on the general mental health of the population. What is burnout in short?

In my coaching studies, we defined it as "burn-out situations, where both areas are affected, persistently demotivatingt (but not yet depressed)."

I agree with the definition of web patient, which reads:" Burnout syndrome is a symptom complex that long-term increased emotional stress, physical-emotional-mental exhaustion due to adverse stress effects." 

What can we do about burnout syndrome?

As the definition makes clear, it is a process, and with the help of an expert, we can return to a relatively normal state more easily and quickly. 

7 top tips for all 7 days against burnout!

Before you go to an expert, ask for help, as a gift give you some tips - free opportunities - what you can do for yourself. I have put together a collection of experiences that has worked for me and my family in practice:

  1. Reduce negative stress factors. According to Professor Selye - one of the most credible stress researchers among Hungarians - start by excluding, or at least reducing, contact with people who complain, criticise, give instructions, give advice without asking you.
  2. Aim for a maximum of half an hour a day minimise social media.
  3. If you work a lot with a monitor, mobile device or any kind of electronic device, you use the Dr. Schüssler of "mineral salts" discovered by energy and then a toxic mixture of. Only start with an expert! Unfortunately, in Hungary this subject is rather misleadingly taught, including the indications for use. I myself studied at a training course of the German Biochemical Association, which is based on the original principles of Dr. Schüssler.
  4. Use natural, warm lights - which is a great time of year to do this, as you can have a fireplace and candlelight - add these to your daily ritual.
  5. Start with the one-brain stress relief exercises is. Only start with an expert! Once you've practised, you can do it on your own.
  6. Every day in one form or another get in touch with nature.
  7. In the evening Rate, that what tasks you have done, what you could have done more, and what will you change from the next day.
