Health Care - Titanilla Love Soup
Keeping healthy, but how?
The concept of health is a changing, evolving concept. The traditional approach is that health is the absence of disease. In this article, we look at health maintenance from a different perspective - the beyond physical health, from a mental and spiritual perspective I present.
Only love heals. Anger, guilt and fear can only destroy. (Alyson Noel)
Media vs. health
Today, energy-destroying news that generates grief, guilt and shame creeps into our consciousness almost unnoticed, whether we want it to or not. For example, negative writing, strict rules that generate anxiety, discipline, all of which create a draconian atmosphere. A Wikipedia explains here what I mean by that.
Again, I would like to remind you that it is already scientifically proven - and we knew this before the epidemic - that negative stress, worry, doubt, fear are harmful to health.

What is the concept of health?
World organisations such as the WHO, the UNITED NATIONS and the the greats of history also according to the health 3 areas concerned: physical, mental and spiritual.
Aristotle: "Health is not a single action, but a set of habits. We become what we do regularly."
From UNITED NATIONS as defined by: "Health promotion is a concept that encompasses the promotion of health-promoting lifestyles and the social, economic, environmental and personal factors that encourage them". In other words, there are two basic forms of health-promoting behaviour: individual (advice, education, clinical intervention) and community (improving health economic, social, cultural, natural and technical conditions).
A WHO under its constitution: "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, not merely the absence of illness or insecurity."
Hippocratic Oath the Semmelweis University of Medicine's oath says: "I use my medical knowledge to prevent diseases, to benefit patients physically and mentally, to cure their illnesses."
Hippocrates went even further, and wisely put it: "It is in the brain, and only in the brain, that our joy, our laughter, our laughter and our foolishness, as well as our sorrow, our suffering, our grief and our tears, are born. Tell the past, diagnose the present, predict the future!"
Now is a particularly timely time to different aspects of health to deal with in more depth.
Practical tips for the 10 health checklist
- Take note and write down daily how much good you receive, how much help you have received.
- Focus smartly, consciously on what matters most, such as your life purpose.
- Break your goals down into smaller targets and deadlines, and reward yourself when you achieve one step. For example, allowing yourself 10-30 minutes of intense rest a day, just breathing deeply (inhaling and exhaling) and paying attention to your breathing.
- Before you leave home, imagine a colourful sphere around you, or imagine rainbows of water coming out of a rainbow of colours, preferably white, yellow, orange, blue, purple, green, pink, gold.
- When something or someone is upsetting you, ask yourself questions to break down what it is that's really upsetting you. The word "why" helps.
My suggestions and tips above do not mean that I do everything perfectly. Rather, I am giving you my message in a nutshell, and a taste of what I have learned and experienced.
How does health promotion work? What does it support?
Just think about the moment when you were a little kid and you got sick. There was probably someone lying awake next to you, stroking you, nursing you, wiping your fevered brow, soothing your pain. Or how does it feel when nature's sunshine caresses your body with warmth and light, or when you walk in nature and listen to the rustling of leaves and branches, the birds singing, or the funny play of butterflies? How does it affect you when you look at a splash of water, a fountain, and see it flowing effortlessly, without any obstacles...
I find that a hug, a caress is a soup of love, what power and happiness. This is particularly helpful for parents who have the most responsibilities.
Of course, everyone has their own problems and issues, I'm just here to help you from one angle, to stay healthy.
A My Stargazers programme you will learn effective ways to reduce and eliminate nervousness, tension, conflict and increase brain power.

Those who have experienced and learnt provide support for those who have family peace and productive work are the two most important goals. The Star Guardians health mentoring programme is for all those who are dancing on the home-work scales every day, while it is important for them to stay balanced.
Air dance is known to require good physical fitness, flexibility and flexibility.
We have to recognise that there is constant change that can tip the scales. If we pay attention to the trinity of body (our physical condition), heart (mental balance), thoughts (i.e. mental health), we can stay in harmony, in balance, keep our work and make it productive, live in a happy family and work with a happy employer.
Therefore, mental health is very important to avoid physical illness.
By learning, experiencing and deeply mastering the daily routines, you can achieve results that will preserve your health, protect your social environment and enhance your peace of mind.
What changes if you make a change?
- ability to concentrate
- resilience
- energy level, load capacity
- motivation
- creativity
- community building
- adaptability, flexibility
- communication, self-expression
- sense of security, calm

Titanilla
