Sickness, relapse or locked yourself in jail?

Does it hurt here, does it hurt there?

Instead of complications, let's simplify our lives. During the summer, there was more malaise, and those who were busy enough, but not with inner harmony, may now feel that it hurts here, it hurts there, or this is my problem that's my problem.

It's never too late to wake up, to change old habits, but to change the paradigm you need determination and ACTION.

Let us connect to love, to joy, to finding the lessons, the strength, the beauty in everything. There are always crises, which teaches us that the strength is within us. If we turn our focus to joy, to gratitude, we can find our own sun, our own light, our own spiritual values, even in the cooler autumn months.

.... the gate is narrow and the road is narrow....

What has changed again?

Autumn is here after a hot summer. Autumn is one of the symbolic meanings of passing. It is a time when nature is slowly changing, and with it we are subject to change, whether we want it to or not.

The tension, anxiety and fear of the last few years are beginning to build up, and the planetary alignment is not yet reassuring.

Autumn is full of passing. It's not just a time to say goodbye to the leaves, but also to say goodbye to bad habits.

No matter how much it hurts to get rid of the rubbish, to pass away, if you don't act, it will hurt even more... the cycle of life is birth and death.

"One must adapt to the fact of passing, and man plans with infinite ingenuity the various routes of denial, or even escape. In childhood, with the help of parental consolation and secular and religious belief systems, we deny our pains, our feelings, we do not give in to our free will; later we turn the cage of our emotions into a real figure, a monster, a demon."

But we can also think of autumn as a helper and a supporter.Let us use the silence, the calm, the period of renewal of the autumn months to find inner peace and harmony independent of the outside world. Our reward will be inner peace.

If you are feeling conflicted, tense, lethargic, you may need a companion to help you see the level of conscious or subconscious struggle within you.

A curiosity, the scientific mind tries to decipher and solve from the outside, while the spiritual path starts from the inside and sees the connections from the inside. But together they are perfect.

Create inner peace even on autumn days.

Who can be held responsible for the problems?

You are responsible for your own life.

Some people, because of ignorance, because of lack of information, or because of bad experience, consider those who are helpful and don't jump to fulfill wishes all the time as something evil, black magic, something from evil.

It is possible to get out of the pit with a helping hand, but it is the responsibility of the individual to go back into the pit to wallow in their misery.

Wake up! It's time to take responsibility for ourselves, and not expect others to solve it, to make the magic potion that will make all the problems go away.

The task of the helper, the healer, is to awaken, to awaken the energy reserves within you and lead you to self-healing.

If you work on inner peace, don't sweep old traumas and hurts under the carpet, but face them and work through them with a therapy, you will find life will be easier.

What are the typical symptoms in late summer?

Virtually anything is possible, because over the years you have neglected your health or invested little energy in getting rid of spiritual pollution.

That's why you have to find, in every day, a little joy, a little beauty.

A peace, love is tolerant, but everything else is often impatient and judgmental.

Is constant "change" scary ?

As a consequence of man's constant spiral of selfish desire for more, he not only "produces" value, but also is under the pressure of social confusion by a constant stream of information. This chaos is sucking in the man of the modern world. He lives his daily life in constant rush, stress and becomes almost panic-stricken if he doesn't realise where he is going.

The result is the existential anxiety and everyday insecurity, which affects many people. EGO desperate to stick to his convictions, precisely because, because you feel safe.
The man tends to gravitate towards news distorted by over-emotion, sensationalism, exaggeration, because it makes him feel part of the crowd, not isolated. But this only gives the impression of inner peace, of singing the same tune together.

It's relatively easy to be objective about what you see. But can you see with the naked eye the set and its flow, or can you touch the calm and harmony with your hands? Yet many of us believe in it. Or do we objectively see atoms running around in space? To that I say, everyone believes what they want, love is the oldest, it is still the most ancient, it is the one that has been proven to heal.

Spend at least 20 minutes a day on self-care and your life will be better, I guarantee it!

What can you do to create inner peace?

Traditionally, there is an autumn and a spring clearance.A clearance is a cleansing process where you create your own physical state, mental hygiene and emotional waste, even with a helper, and get rid of things that belong in the bin.We make space to embrace the new, winter will bring less sunshine to our home, which means light, energy, cheerfulness. So we will need to somehow make up for the lack of sunshine hours, which can give us vitality.

So we prepare ourselves for the winter in autumn, prevent more difficult outcomes of illnesses, prevention of depression, respiratory diseases.

You can do more for yourself and your loved ones on the path to inner peace.

Somewhere, somewhere... We, ourselves, are the map, the door and the key at the same time! -a map contains many things, hills, hills, waters, sunny slopes, etc...

What are the steps NOW?

  1. Look at what are the things that no longer serve your life, what is it that no longer has life in it?
  2. You can also take it as a calculation. Your body is telling you in a way that there is something you need to let go of.Physical, psychological signs may include fatigue, lethargy, mood swings, digestive problems, bile liver issues, sensitivity to weather changes, or food that you no longer like.Think of a colourful food that gives you a little energy, or simply use the Lava of Magma, or any preparation containing vitamin B in vegetables and fruits.
  3. Develop your intuition, to easily navigate the field of self-healing.Intuition serves you in the same way as maternal instinct does, as when a baby is born, we instinctively care for it.You can also develop this ancient skill by quieting down, relaxing, praying, meditating, gardening.
  4. Look for therapies that can be understood at a logical biological, chemical, physical level.Natural therapies are good, if they can be easily explained by an expert, a helper, a field guide. Here is an example of visual impairment: Nhe can't see for the rage... His brain is flooded with red mist.

The "fog" refers to the obscurity of action and thought, and the "red" refers to anger and heightened emotion. The saying therefore expresses that the person is very angry.

According to the HKO, Ayurvedic medicine, this refers to the liver meridian, which refers to the function of the eye, vision. So, if you live with anger for a long time, your vision can also deteriorate.

The biochemistry-Dr. Schüssler to improve liver-vision function, similar minerals/seeds are commonly used. Also, what Eastern medicine also holds, that fears are caused by the inadequate functioning of the hepatic bile meridian - the same phenomena are also responded to in Dr. Schüssler's work.

Herbal therapies can also be excellent during this period, such as anise, thyme, lemongrass, sage, oregano, or even Japanese mint oil.Massage, inhalation, incense, or even the use of a treadmill to vitalise acupuncture, energy points. Movement cannot be left out, which calibrates and moves everything.

5.In addition, it is advisable to take dietary supplements containing calcium, magnesium, vitamins B, K, C, A, E, or any antioxidant, antioxidant stress agents.Especially for those who are depressed or in a sad mood, it is recommended to take b 1,3,8,12.

6.If you are affected by grief, shock, emotional trauma, you may want to supplement your diet with papaya, pineapple and Schüssler Ferrum Phosporicum, Calcium sulfuricum salt.Ask your integral consultant for advice on the dosage and level of use.

Is homelessness also self-awareness therapy?

The objective world (moral relativism) and the subjective world are increasingly separated. Overall we must accept people (even if we disagree with them) - moral conduct, that is what I "profess". It's not a cultural thing, it's just a human trait, a choice, a will, a letting go.

Views and opinions on Self-awareness are divided. Some people believe that going down the spiritual path is the way to self-awarenesshez. Others believe that self-knowledge lies in titles: I am the best at XY, Z service.

We read many self-awareness, personal development trainings and studies every day, but the essential message, the exact in-depth meaning: why it is elementary, is primary, is rarely found, or that why everything is based on finding our identity.

The only thing that really helps is to know oneself and thereby change one's mental and moral attitude. (Carl Gustav Jung)

Let's pull down the shroud, get rid of the slime and sand!

Excessive fear and anxiety can cause viruses and fungi to overgrow and as a result, a lot of saliva is produced in the body, such as phlegm or discharge.Thyme, anise, ginger, cinnamon, oregano, lemongrass, sage are all good for support, it is best to pick them from your own garden, because they can be found at home.

Don't wait for a miracle, take action to avoid the doctor or psychologist.

Because the mind is incapable of detaching itself from experience, of distinguishing it from the essence of perception, as Descartes observed, naively assumes that it is experiencing "reality", and consequently all other views are wrong.

This is what Hawkins aptly calls illusion, limitation, paradigm blindness.

I wish you a good day,
