An article for all mums who have tried everything - and still have too much on their plate

"Pay more attention to your child."
"Be more consistent."
"Don't let your emotions lead you."

"This will help, take him to that therapy"

Do these phrases sound familiar? If so, you're probably one of those mothers who have tried all the things and therapies they've been advised to do - yet by the end of the day you feel full of frustration. Not only your patience is worn out, but you yourself

But what if the problem is not with you?

You're not the "oversensitive" one - you've just been overwhelmed for too long

When a child's behaviour is erratic, too intense or unusual, the mother often starts to blame herself.
Was I too lenient?
Or is it too strict?
Why is it only me that those "tried and tested methods" don't work?

Sometimes the answer is easier and harder than we would like:
not sure that you have to do better.
It may be that your child needs other support - or just you need a safe placewhere you can rest before you try to "get it right" again.

But I'm the mother - I should know what to do!

This phrase is the inner mantra of many mothers. Even if they are cannot sleep properly, no time to eat, or doesn't know the last time he took a deep breath.

Many people live in a situation where they already know almost everything about their child, en about their own needs. They don't know they are tired. That their nervous systems are on constant alert. That even though there is no diagnosis, they have long felt that something not like others. But you can't talk about it. Because if you say it, they might question your motherhood.

The body doesn't lie - it just needs to be watched, but when?

Your child may not have a diagnosis. Maybe you haven't even thought about it.
But you know that every day is differently tiring for youthan the others.
That for you, getting ready in the morning is a struggle, the evening routine is like a war.

And you in the meantime you are less and less present in your own body. Because someone else is always first.

But the first step is not to read another parenting advice book.
The first step could be to you return to yourself - a little bit.
With a small gesture. With a 5-minute pause. With a glass of water that you don't drink on the run.

Survival could be followed by "being good enough"

You don't have to be happy right away.
You don't have to write a gratitude journal or exercise or meditate right away.
Sometimes it's enough just to say to yourself:
"This is really a lot. And I have the right to be tired, to take a break."

From then on you can build. Focusing on the body. Slowly, allowing.

And if you want help with this - not just advice, but real support - it's worth going to a professional. Not because there's a "problem", but because you deserve a little attention too. As a human being. As a woman. As a mother.

If you think this is for you, and it's your turn to get in on the action - write to me or call me.
I am not giving advice. I'm giving you space. And direction, if you need it. Stargazing programme.

The point is:why do you live?

    • It is a complex supportive process, like going to the gym, because you are walking with a holistic quality of life coach. You can become healthy and whole mentally, physically and spiritually.I integrate tools into the self-awareness process that holistically and complexly surround your development.
    • You can get closer to your Path of Light.

Let's talk if you feel a call about the above!
