Summer is here! Should I get sunburned or get healthy?
Summer is here, and there are always few breaks, but it's a good time to get ready for autumn, to recharge, to get in shape.
In this summer series of articles, I'm speaking to you as a HEALTH promoter about what you can do for yourself and your whole family, friends and relatives to feel good about your days.
Summer is the perfect opportunity to organise your life in a structured way and to relax. A conscious lifestyle can give you considerable energy, we can accumulate vitality, which we can use for farming until spring next year. It's easier to get through autumn and the winter virus season if you have enough emergency reserves.

Many people think that summer is the best time to be healthy.This is a misconception, contrary to popular belief, but it is only partially true.It is true that there are more seasonal fruits and vegetables, but research has shown that the vitamin, mineral content is up to 50% less than one 50 years ago, high levels of industrialisation, technological progress and environmental toxins.
