Stress-free life - can you live happily ever after?
Not so long ago I read a post with the phrase happiness business. But I also came across something about positive psychology being harmful. Well, if we rely on the fact that man was made for happiness, not to suffering, you are bound to believe that positive imaging would do harm. Life is not meant to be anguish, hardship, tension, motionless grayness.
What would be the point of human existence then?
What would be the purpose of being born You or Me?
Or do we just go along and live aimlessly?
Can ...
We all knew back then how to achieve our goals and be happy
By instinct! For example, when you were born, if you were not fed, you would cry to let them know.
That is, you had a goal when you were a baby, and you tried to achieve it, and you did. Then you slowly grew up: you saw a toy, a book, for example, and you had the goal, the desire to have it... A few years went by, by the time you were in school you had already encountered quite a lot of obstacles - adults around you - and despite having a lot of goals, over the years they started to break your will, by rejecting you, or punishing you, laughing at you, humiliating you.
Is it possible that by the time you've grown up, you've forgotten what happiness feels like? How intoxicating it is to have a goal, to work towards it, and then achieve it. Maybe you've forgotten when you were a baby, wanting to get up to reach an object of interest, driven by natural curiosity and even you had the will, the action, to be fulfilled.
Yes, the beauty of childhood, when we want to discover everything, when we are interested in what-for. Or maybe your goal then was not to be content, happy? Or were you more childishly wondering how your life could be more bitter and full of suffering?
I don't think...
Nothing could be more natural than living happily ever after - so why is it so hard?
Where is it written that an adult's life should be aimless, bitter, static? Now it is the human brain's fiction that we live into adulthood because of others. Now we have to earn money to make a living, and we live in a world that is changing so fast that you have to work harder and harder to live well enough.
A unhappy people lose the basic purpose of life, the enthusiasm of a child when he made big things out of small things, lose their creativity, their inner peace, because it already lives in the world of material thought, in the competitive spirit, in the overload of information, which makes it that if it does not pay attention, it will fall behind, and if it misses something, it will be at a loss, it will fail, it will fail, it will fail... why?
His horizon narrows, because he can only see what is around him, he uses some of his senses, smell, hearing, sight, but he no longer focuses on inner desire, but on the outside world.
It is a shame of human life not to think freely, to lose its original purpose, the pursuit of happiness. We are not merely sentient beings with our senses, but thinking beings.
Yes, but a thought is appropriate when it gives a pleasant feeling to the thinker and is beneficial to the environment. Every spoken word, every thought, is in harmony with the purpose of life if it has a forward-looking effect on the thinker and the environment. For what would be the point of a thought if it does not motivate and inspire positive action? The natural order of life is happiness, and is it normal to make something better, or should it be destroyed? Unfortunately, some people are so used to it, to punishment, to condemnation, they hear it too much: it's not right; what will they say; it's not right; what will people think; it's not right; it's not right; it should be done...
They have lost somewhere in the process of life their own free thinking, their own will, their own values...
Speed limits - more than just speed limits
Everyone knows that if you are restricted in your development, you cannot progress as you would like to. As anyone who drives knows, if you are limited by weather or road conditions, you don't drive like that - sometimes you may have to stop.
It is limited by external circumstances, because it has learned it, because it has heard it. Now I do not want to urge the dear traveller to overcome these limitations, but I want to draw his attention to the fact that learned thoughts limit the thinking person, and what effect a habit, a limited vision, a limited thinking can have.
But knows and feels how, when not constrained, it can soar. Then he is happy on the road, joyful and contented, as when a mother smiles at her child, feeds him with her mother's milk, and he falls asleep when his desire is fulfilled. Yet few people notice the sign that unlocks the restriction...
The aim is to experience anew that positive thoughts can empower you to be happy, fulfilled, joyful and content, while maximising your brain capacity.
A simple experiment proves that when you think of death or illness, you feel blocked, you don't feel like doing anything. Conversely, if you think of a happy, laughing child, a wonderful environment, your imagination is triggered. And now many people say that the poets were moved to good writing by suffering...but that is only an illusion. The reality is that during their suffering they were in a state of inner introspection, often in a state of retreat, meditation, and it was through the experience of a single-minded mind striving for happiness that the so-called inspiration came.
Whichever direction of creation I look at, the life is about contentment. From life is dynamic, changing, progressive, evolving through action, not still, aimless in my opinion.
