2000–3000 NE / nap - Gyakran ajánlott (szélsőséges időjárási viszonyok, gyulladásos folyamatok ideje alatt):
3000–4000 NE / nap - Felső biztonságos határ (orvosi felügyelet nélkül):
4000 NE / nap
Idősebbek (60 év felett)
- 2000–4000 NE / nap
Idősebb korban rosszabb a felszívódás, ezért gyakran magasabb adag kell.
Gyermekek (általános irányelvek)
- 0–1 év: 400 NE / nap
- 1–18 év: 600–1000 NE / nap
(gyermeknél mindig egyeztetés javasolt az)
Mikor lehet magasabb adag?
4000–10000 NE / nap átmenetileg előfordulhat:
- igazolt D-vitamin hiánynál
- elhízás esetén
- csontozati-fogazati problémáknál
- autoimmun betegségeknél
- gyulladásos folymatoknál
- menopausa idején
Ilyenkor vérszint ellenőrzés (25-OH-D) javasolt, illetve amikor felszívódási zavart észlelünk akkor a Schüssler sók 33 as számú fontos lehet.
Mikor és hogyan érdemes bevenni?
- Napszak: reggel vagy ebédnél elsősorban
- Mindig zsíros étellel, mert zsírban oldódó vitamin
- Calciummal együtt szedve segítheti az egyensúlyt
- K -vitaminnal szedve ajánlott
