Burnout syndrome - test yourself!

In the following article burnout syndromeas I have been seeing more and more adults and children with the following complaints and problems:

  • headache
  • heart problems
  • pressure around the navel, digestive problems
  • mental, physical weakness
  • lack of concentration
  • memory impairment
  • Tension
  • strained relationships, perhaps fighting, shouting, divorce
  • discouragement, melancholy, sadness
  • you feel like you're having a nightmare and you're not on planet Earth
  • loss of motivation
  • finding more and more problems and not being in control of the situation
  • it will pass with time etc...

Why do I mean burnout syndrome?

My studies in health, naturopathy and biochemistry combine with my studies in coaching and psychology. Some of the problems listed above are due to symptoms of burnout syndrome.    Burnout syndrome in digital education

But I'm not the only one who sees it that way. According to HVG "Burnout puts digital education students at risk. More and more people are complaining about the poor living environment, while schools are not doing all they can to improve the situation."

In my coaching studies, we defined it as "burn-out situations, where both areas are affected, persistently demotivatingt (but not yet depressed)."

I agree with the definition of web patient, which reads:" Burnout syndrome is a symptom complex that long-term increased emotional stress, physical-emotional-mental exhaustion due to adverse stress effects."

As the definition makes clear, it is a process, and with the help of an expert, we can return to a relatively normal state more easily and quickly.
