How did my eyesight improve and I left the glasses?
I have previously written about the causes of obesity, overweight and tips and now I have written about vision.
My mission is the economical and quality health promotion, which is why I am sharing my personal experience.
When the cause of poor eyesight is lifestyle...
Here are the most common causes of vision problems and an alternative solution...
It was about 10 years ago that I was told by several eye doctors and opticians that I had to wear glasses because of refractive problems and that it would only get worse. But I stubbornly stuck to the fact that Dr David Hawkins had taken off his glasses and cured himself.
I'll write briefly about what I did to get clear vision, and then in the second part of the case study I'll give some specifics.
In general, pay attention to this, it helps!
1.First, I started to pay attention to when I needed the glasses and only used them when my vision was blurry.
I got to the point where I only used it for computers and driving.
As usual, I wanted to solve my vision problem because the glasses were not perfect for me.
I did some more research to find out what might be behind it.
2.On a physical, bodily level, I used the diet and supplements essential for the eyes.
3.But you have to know that this is not enough, especially because they wanted to put it into my head that vision problems are a family inheritance. So I started to work on it mentally, on the level of thought, and put it into my head that inheritance is only 17% according to current science, so in 83% it is my decision whether I want glasses or not. 4.Of course, the decision is not enough, awareness also requires an emotional solution to the negative thoughts that affect vision.
This is where most people stop, they are afraid to express their feelings. Sometimes they don't want to SEE something, because then the old images and memories would seem possibly false. They may also want to ignore it, or they may not even remember it because they have been so repressed by their past grievances.
Is it easy to say it will get better?
My experience is simply that it all depends on patience and perseverance, I didn't want the glasses and I certainly didn't insist on what is the average observation.
Let's get more specific about what I did:
- First of all, I aimed at balancing the intestinal tract, and I considered the acid-alkaline balance important, as many naturopaths do.One of the most suitable basic minerals for this is the zeomineral entero product, properly prepared, I deviated from the description here too.
- Secondly, I used Schüssler cell therapy, Schüssler salts, but I tailored the dosage myself, so I didn't use the method used on the internet, but what I learned at the original Biochemical Association Institute in Schüssler training. Schüssler courses The method is to find the cause, and the amount of salt is at least 3 of each salt, which can be up to 20 per day.Isn't that a lot, you may ask? One of my answers is that you know how many minerals you eat a day, do you measure? You can control the amount of Schüssler salts because it signals your body when you don't need it.Unlike medicine where everyone always gets the same amount in general.
- Of course, I've also been watching my diet, carbohydrates are not good for me, and the supplements have weaned me off sweets and pastries.I simply don't want many foods anymore.
- Vitamins C+D+K are recommended for everyone, I choose the most natural ones, you can find some of them at in the webshop.
- I have been able to cultivate mental and emotional health most effectively through kinesiology, family adjustment, meditation, introspection, self-awareness development.
Yesterday, when I was in the car, it was raining and snowing and the road was slippery, so I had my glasses on out of habit.I thought I'd put them on because of the weather, but I just couldn't see clearly. At first I thought they were dirty because I hadn't worn them for a while, but after repeated attempts, the image was still blurry, so I put them aside and bravely set off into the unknown.
If you would like to walk in my shoes, I look forward to meeting you for an assessment and personalised therapy!
I wish you a good day,
Titanilla
