Con questo articolo cerco di dissipare la nebbia, da questo campo a volte troppo mistificato.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il coaching \u00e8 un <\/span><b>metodologia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dove il <\/span><b>concentrarsi sull'individuo, sui problemi individuali<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ra. Ma non immaginiamo una nuvola rosa, restiamo ancorati alla realt\u00e0, o siamo pi\u00f9 ottimisti.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vogliamo raggiungere uno stato di assenza di stress con il cliente, in modo che non sia sotto pressione in una determinata situazione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ad esempio, in alcune situazioni potete accettare i fatti. In una situazione su cui non si ha alcun controllo. In questo caso, si \u00e8 fortunati se si \"lascia correre\" e non ci si arrovella, non si cerca di cambiarla. Affrontate i vostri problemi e andate avanti. La prima sessione serve soprattutto a \"conoscervi\" e, una volta che c'\u00e8 simpatia reciproca, si pu\u00f2 andare avanti. La misura del successo del coaching si ha quando <\/span><b>l'allenatore \u00e8 in grado di porre buone domande<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oltre alle domande si possono utilizzare altri strumenti, alcuni lavorano con le immagini. Lo scopo di una scheda di coaching \u00e8 scoprire quali sensazioni suscita nel cliente una particolare immagine.  Io non uso queste schede.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Si distinguono diversi tipi di domande. Il coach deve sentire, conoscere e sperimentare cosa chiedere in una determinata situazione e con quale stile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Tipi di domande:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sistematico\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">riallestimento<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ombroso<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">approfondimento<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">feedback<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">provocatorio<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">domanda sulla definizione degli obiettivi<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">risorsa<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ipotetico<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Oltre alle domande, il coach utilizza anche:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">comunicazione assertiva e\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">storytelling: raccontare una storia principale che sia indipendente dall'individuo. In questa storia, il coach fornisce una soluzione che pu\u00f2 condurre il cliente alla soluzione.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Il coaching si basa sul qui e ora: cosa succederebbe se le cose potessero accadere nel modo desiderato?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 29px; color: #6b3773; font-family: Lato, Helvetica, Arial, Lucida, sans-serif;\">In quali ambiti pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato il coaching?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si potrebbe dire quasi ovunque. Mi rifaccio al passato, a differenza del coaching che si occupa solo del presente e si concentra sull'adesso. Il coaching non si occupa nemmeno del futuro, anche se formula una visione. Io mi occupo anche del passato. Da l\u00ec guido il cliente nel presente e nel futuro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per me il coaching non \u00e8 solo una conversazione.  Oltre alle domande, faccio un esercizio che si adatta alla personalit\u00e0 e ai problemi del cliente.
