A conscious lifestyle can give you considerable energy, <\/span><b>we can accumulate vitality, which we can use for farming<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> until spring next year. It's easier to get through autumn and the winter virus season if you have enough emergency reserves.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffff00;\">What are the facts in summer?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Many people think that summer is the best time to be healthy.This is a misconception, contrary to popular belief, but it is only partially true.It is true that there are more seasonal fruits and vegetables, but research has shown that the <\/span><b>vitamin, mineral content is up to 50% less than one 50 years ago, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">high levels of industrialisation, technological progress and environmental toxins.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It's also less well known that the harsh summer weather takes more of a toll on our bodies than other seasons. Excessive heat, combined with sudden summer showers, can be a strain on the body.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\">Scientific facts, summer tips<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It's probably a well-known fact that feet swell up in the summer, and people often think that my feet are usually bigger in the summer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The biological cause is a problem with water balance regulation.When this happens, the heart meridian is in overheated mode and its organs may be in disharmony.
