Movement, breathing, nutrition, relaxation, spiritual development - these are the pillars of LIFE, if any of them are missing we lose our balance and feel less joyful.<\/span><\/p>\n

I'm going to share some inspiration with you, dear reader, from my own story, in case a thought or just a word might be useful for you to incorporate into your lifestyle.<\/span><\/p>\n

THE TITLES..<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h2>\n

I'm discovering a SECRET you probably didn't know about me, I started on the path I'm on when I was about 12 years old, a breath of fresh air from a book and a friend gave me the first push, the inspiration. I've been to my own Heaven and Hell, I may yet return somewhere.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, the last few years have brought a radical change, my restless curious childish self has always wanted to know more about human functioning -(not for nothing I have been working with people for 30+ years), to discover my purpose in life, and thus to serve others with a broader spectrum of expertise. I strive for authentic professionalism, which to me means starting the cleansing and building work from the heart, our physical body's most important home.<\/span><\/p>\n

WHAT I have experienced in SCIENCE...<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

The importance of the heart is supported by my studies in Aurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The heart also received the most emphasis during my Integral Healing training. I learned continuous self-reflection, helped by insights and lessons from past lives, regression, introspection. Even then, it was mainly the will and perseverance that kept me going, because I listened to the whisper of my soul and heart.<\/span><\/p>\n

I realized, and I have experienced in the meantime, that science is still full of unknowns, of things unproven by instruments, but one doesn't need to look for proof all the time, because life events are evidence.Just as there is no unified Western medical consensus, there are many dilemmas, so it is in Eastern medicine, there are many schools of thought, many points of view.For example, some people consider the kidney to be the central organ. In any case, the main thing is to have a positive, side-effect-free outcome to any event in your life.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0What helps you to move on?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

The road I walk is often bumpy, there are ups and downs, but there is always faith, hope and trust in the Universe that a higher \"power\" than me knows exactly what it is putting in front of me for, there are no accidents.<\/span><\/p>\n

Imagine<\/b>that life even made me do webdesign and graphics, which I resisted until 3 years ago, and now I enjoy it.Moreover, LIFE has even made me create a webshop and an online education system. They are smart up there, because it really is for the benefit of EVERYONE who wants to live a quality life. <\/span><\/p>\n

Quality does not depend on the thickness of your wallet!<\/b><\/p>\n

I am infinitely grateful to you, whether you are a client or a contact, because for me you are part of the Divine Plan, without you I would not be able to see with my naked eyes the task I need to accomplish.<\/span><\/p>\n
