At the age of twenty <\/span>Middle East<\/b>I was studying and working. The smell of the olive trees, the 3 main religions was exciting for a young person... it was like walking into the Arabian Nights...<\/span><\/p>\nThe attitude at the time was that experience, creativity, personality were more important than qualifications...<\/span><\/p>\nI spoke several languages at the time, so it made no difference whether I was working in the Palestinian or Israeli part of the country. Talking to the head of a travel agency that organised pilgrimages, he wanted to know what I could offer the company, what I did for a living. By the end of our conversation, I had been offered the position of Operations Manager of the Italian division as a foreigner. The challenge was great, first of all, because it was necessary to develop a communication relationship with the locals so that we could work together harmoniously.<\/span><\/p>\n\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nThe other example was when a 5 star hotel was looking for a receptionist, but I wanted something different, I was bored of the receptionist job... Here I started talking to the owner, we agreed to talk after 1 week of reception, because that's where I learn the structure of the hotel, the clientele...<\/span><\/p>\nAnd so it was... I told him what I wanted to do, what I thought I would be good at, I gave him some ideas already then, because he outlined the crisis situation in a transparent way, so it was easy for me to react according to my knowledge and experience...<\/span><\/p>\n\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nWe created the position of supervisor, focusing mainly on their \"Oliva Bar and Restaurant\". My tasks covered my experience in communication, organisation, tourism, and I also discovered new skills: trainer, event organiser, sales... these were added to my job. I really enjoyed a colourful and varied job, the biggest challenge here was the age gap: I was a waiter manager from 18 to 60 years old with 26 years of my own...<\/span><\/p>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/titanillaeideh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/waiter-waitress-restaurant-bar-800x532.jpg\")

After arriving home, I soon found out that tourism in this country is inflexible, so I could find the diversity I was looking for in Hr... well, but there too, HR people were looking for experience, until one day I got an opportunity from a good name headhunting company that was open... I worked as a headhunter until the company closed... A-Z.<\/span><\/p>\nLater I met with the head of an Italian company, and from that meeting we created a position as HR&Business Developer, where the headhunting part was also a job, but my activities were expanded.<\/span><\/p>\nEveryone was well off economically and organisationally, and was also satisfied spiritually...<\/span><\/p>\nIsn't satisfaction important?<\/b><\/p>\n
