Every piece of writing has a cause. It is what is happening now that has revived my long-cherished thoughts on education reform:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. How can we orient and educate today's adolescents and teenagers with selfless help?<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. What we should do as adults: <\/span>as parents, teachers, employers<\/b>?<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. What are the consequences of not paying enough attention NOW to today's teenagers (10-19 years old)?<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Who cares about them, our present <\/span>with our future<\/b> in terms of values, economics?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    What made me write this piece on education reform?<\/span><\/h2>\n

    The current occasion is when I heard that illicit drugs found in a high school<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    This writing is <\/span>special<\/b>, because I'm addressing young and old adolescents, teachers, parents and educators alike, to make it a real-life, real-life story.<\/span><\/p>\n

    My aim is to call to action those who care about teenagers\/adolescents<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    <\/h2>\n

    As a parent, coach, mentor, teacher, I am involved in all roles. I want to do something for the present, to build the future, even as the head of an HR team of 1000 people.<\/span><\/p>\n

    <\/h2>\n

    What I consider essential is that what we do in the present on education reform, not where the drug case happened<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Before I get to the heart of it, let me quote one of my teachers who writes about the modern world today and the real power picture.<\/span><\/p>\n

    According to Dr David Hawkins, power-hungry individuals in the modern world are manipulating people, deliberately exploiting human weakness and feelings of vulnerability.\u00a0<\/span>For example, he manipulates patriotism, he profits from discord, religion is just a tool for him. It divides different personalities, destroys the vulnerable.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Surely there are <\/span>Parents<\/b>, who are concerned about your child's future, to keep your child safe.<\/span><\/p>\n

    <\/h2>\n

    I think it is likely that there are <\/span>educators<\/b> , who sincerely want to do something for education reform, so that today's teenagers remember them fondly, and I know that there are <\/span>Mr<\/b>-es, <\/span>business leaders<\/b>, who also consider emotional and intellectual education to be their business.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Let's see specifically what stakeholders see as helping, and what my point of view is!<\/span><\/h3>\n

    I asked a group of thousands of teachers, if you could change one thing in education, what would you do?<\/span><\/p>\n

    Most of them were pushing for a reduction in the number of lessons, a reform of the curriculum as an educational reform. What really got me was that<\/span> teachers would also make a difference for children<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    What's on the minds of today's teenagers? What are they looking for?<\/span><\/h2>\n
