What is the essence of Dr W. Sch\u00fcssler's therapy?<\/h2>\n

Cell salts, also known as tissue salts or Sch\u00fcssler salts, are a type of mineral that has been used for over a century. Developed by the German physician Dr Wilhelm Heinrich Schuessler, cell salts are based on the principle that an imbalance of 33 important mineral salts in the body can lead to a disease condition.<\/span><\/p>\n

The cell salt is produced by a trituration process.<\/p>\n

This dissolving process is repeated several times until the salt becomes very strong and stimulates the body's natural healing process.<\/p>\n

Facial diagnostics is the work of Wilhelm Heinrich Sch\u00fcssler and Kurt Hickethier. In their view, the physical and mental state of an individual is reflected in his or her face. Facial diagnostics is concerned with the human face, the reading of the face. In particular, it is easy to read the lack of certain minerals in the face.<\/p>\n

What physiological processes does the face reveal?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The human face shows certain shades of colour, different kinds of shine, glow and wrinkles, all of which tell us something about the health of our body. The quality of the skin, the wrinkles, the shape of the mouth and the moles and pigmentation give us information about possible chronic or acute symptoms of disease, and can even give us an idea of the spiritual and mental state of the body.<\/p>\n

The mouth communicates to our environment on a non-verbal level what is going on inside us, and its colour can indicate, for example, a malfunction of the kidneys, lungs or heart.<\/p>\n

Physiognomy=facial diagnostics has its origins in antiquity, but it probably became a science through the work of the Greeks. Some believe that Pythagoras (582-496 BC) was the originator. The first known practitioner of physiognomy is thought to have been the 5th century BC Greek Zyporius, who described the unknown Socrates as a foolish, lecherous figure. The teachings of physiognomy touched many people, for example Hippocrates, the famous Greek physician, already taught that people with pointed noses and small eyes were malicious. Aristotle (384-322 BC), the famous Greek philosopher, is best known for the first work describing physiognomy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Face reading Ancient Indian doctors looked for and discovered similarities between humans and animals by studying their appearance. And in the Bible, in the book of Matthew (6: 22), we find the following physiognomic example: \"If therefore thine eye be clear, thy whole body shall be clear.\" The interpretation of this phrase is that clear eyes (wide open, bright, shining and round) indicate cleanness and health.<\/span><\/p>\n

Beyond facial diagnostics, the holistic view<\/strong><\/h3>\n

But beyond the individual physical signs, it is the holistic view that is decisive. In a similar way to Traditional Chinese Medicine or Ayurvedic Medicine, we start from the face and body diagnosis, we deduce the spiritual constitution and the organic lesions. The overall picture of the quantities, when, how much and which Sch\u00fcssler salts to use will be revealed at the first full assessment. As our organs and mental state improve, so the therapy needs to change. Therefore, a thorough, holistic assessment, diagnosis and correct interpretation are of the utmost importance. The value of a holistic approach to Sch\u00fcssler therapy lies in its accuracy. It allows the causes of a complaint to be targeted years before the acute onset of the disease. This gives the body the opportunity to regenerate itself through its self-healing powers. Sch\u00fcssler therapy has a wide range of applications, it can be used to treat symptoms such as rheumatism, skin diseases, cancer prevention, anaemia, or even conditions that are not medically determinable, as we are not treating diseases but deficiencies.The holistic approach also includes nutrition and lifestyle, but it is also common to support the main mineral deficiencies through meditation.<\/p>\n
